Responsibilities
Provincial Executive and Portfolio Role
The Equipment Coordinator manages the allocation, condition and accountability of NW-AGA equipment within the Bojanala District. He maintains equipment records, identifies maintenance or replacement requirements and coordinates equipment needs for competitions, training and other official activities.
He is also responsible for coordinating sound and audio requirements at NW-AGA events, including speakers, microphones, DJ equipment and related systems. He assists with setup, testing and ensuring that sound equipment is used safely and effectively during competitions and official functions.
